Behind the Scenes

Carina Glover

HerHeadquarters Founder

Advocate of Women-owned Businesses

In 2013, Carina cried on the bathroom floor after the failed launch party of her first business. No one showed up.

That devastation became the catalyst to her evolving into the founder, advocate of women-owned businesses, and public speaker she is today. She's experienced the lows of working hard for scraps and the highs of having allies that boosted the trajectory of her success. The SOS campaign is about the millions of women-owned businesses that need allies too.

Carina founded HerHeadquarters in 2019, a platform giving women-owned businesses access to their dream projects, collaborators, and community. She's been consistent in her efforts of advancing women-owned businesses, from proposing new initiatives to Congress to launching business grants through HerHeadquarters, hosting workshops, conferences, & more.
